SOCIAL ACTIVISM
Racing doesn't exist in a vacuum.
LaunchPointGG was built to be more than a logo on the side of a race car.
We're a community made up of real people from different backgrounds, identities, countries, and experiences. The issues affecting those people don't suddenly stop mattering when we get behind the wheel.
That's why we've never believed that being a racing organization means we have to stay silent about the things happening outside of racing.
We believe LGBTQ+ rights are human rights. We believe Black lives matter. We believe immigrants and refugees deserve dignity. We believe reproductive healthcare is healthcare. We believe trans people deserve to live openly and safely. We oppose racism, antisemitism, homophobia, transphobia, fascism, and discrimination in all of their forms.
Those aren't marketing campaigns for us.
They're part of what LaunchPointGG stands for.
OUR VALUES
Everyone Deserves a Launch Point.
Motorsports and gaming haven't always been the most welcoming spaces.
We want to help change that.
LaunchPointGG is committed to creating a community where your identity doesn't determine whether you're welcome, your experience level doesn't determine whether you're worth helping, and being different doesn't mean having to quietly tolerate someone else's "joke."
You don't have to look like us, sound like us, come from the same place, or have the same life experiences to share a race track with us.
You just have to treat the people around you with respect.
LGBTQ+ RIGHTS
LGBTQ+ people aren't a political talking point. They're our friends, teammates, competitors, creators, and members of our community.
LaunchPointGG proudly supports the LGBTQ+ community year-round.
That means supporting gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, nonbinary, queer, and other LGBTQ+ people when their rights and dignity are challenged—not only changing our profile picture during June.
Our Pride liveries, merchandise, fundraising, and campaigns are one small way we can use the platform we have to make it clear where we stand.
You are welcome here.
TRANS RIGHTS ARE HUMAN RIGHTS
Transgender people deserve the same freedom to live their lives as everyone else.
LaunchPointGG unequivocally supports transgender and nonbinary people and opposes efforts to discriminate against them or exclude them from public life.
We've supported organizations such as Trans Lifeline through community fundraising, including our Lap-A-Thon for Lifeline, and we'll continue looking for ways our community can support organizations doing meaningful work for transgender people.
This isn't something we intend to be quiet about.
RACIAL JUSTICE
There is no place for racism in LaunchPointGG.
We stand against racism, white supremacy, antisemitism, xenophobia, and discrimination against people because of the color of their skin or where they come from.
That includes recognizing that simply saying "everyone is welcome" isn't always enough.
Building an inclusive community requires actively challenging behavior that makes people feel otherwise.
IMMIGRANT & REFUGEE RIGHTS
No human being should be treated as disposable because of where they were born.
LaunchPointGG supports the dignity and human rights of immigrants, refugees, asylum seekers, and their families.
We oppose policies and actions that dehumanize immigrant communities, separate families, or treat vulnerable people as threats simply for seeking safety and opportunity.
REPRODUCTIVE FREEDOM
Healthcare decisions belong between individuals and their healthcare providers.
LaunchPointGG supports reproductive freedom and access to reproductive healthcare, including contraception and abortion.
We support organizations working to protect access to healthcare and the ability of people to make decisions about their own bodies.
AGAINST HATE & AUTHORITARIANISM
LaunchPointGG opposes fascism, political violence, authoritarianism, and movements built around hatred or the dehumanization of others.
We believe democracy, equality, bodily autonomy, freedom of expression, and the right of people to live openly as themselves are worth defending.
Being tolerant does not require us to provide a welcoming environment for intolerance.
THE ORGANIZATIONS WE SUPPORT
Talking about our values means very little if we're unwilling to support the people doing the work.
LaunchPointGG has highlighted, supported, fundraised for, or encouraged our community to learn more about organizations working across humanitarian aid, civil liberties, reproductive healthcare, LGBTQ+ support, independent journalism, and animal welfare.

WHAT ACTIVISM LOOKS LIKE AT LPGG
We don't expect a racing organization to change the world.
But we do believe we're responsible for what happens within our little part of it.
For LaunchPointGG, that can mean:
Raising money for organizations doing important work.
Using special liveries to bring attention to causes we support.
Highlighting nonprofit and community organizations.
Creating Pride and advocacy merchandise.
Enforcing community standards against discrimination and harassment.
Making our events and programs welcoming to people who have traditionally felt excluded from motorsports and gaming.
Using our social platforms to speak up when something matters.
Giving our members opportunities to support causes together.
Sometimes it'll be serious.
Sometimes it'll be a race car covered in something ridiculous for a good cause.
Both can make a difference.
"WHY DOES A RACING TEAM NEED TO BE POLITICAL?"
We know we'll get this question.
The answer is pretty simple:
Because our community is made up of people, not race cars.
When something affects our drivers, creators, staff, friends, families, or neighbors, we're not going to pretend it doesn't exist because talking about it might make someone uncomfortable.
We don't require every member of LaunchPointGG to agree on every political issue.
We do require everyone here to respect the humanity and dignity of the people around them.
There's plenty we can disagree about.
Whether someone deserves basic human rights isn't one of them.
THIS IS WHO WE ARE.
Social activism isn't separate from LaunchPointGG's identity.
It's part of our commitment to building the kind of community we wanted when we started this organization: competitive without being toxic, welcoming without being passive, and willing to stand behind the people who make this community worth having.
We'll make mistakes. We'll continue learning. And we'll continue listening to the people within our community.
But we won't be silent simply because silence would be easier.
Launch Together. Rise Together.
