Meet the Team

Cody Miller

Team Owner

Cody founded LaunchPointGG with a simple goal: create the kind of sim racing community he wanted to be a part of. What started as a small passion project quickly grew into a competitive organization built around endurance racing, education, content creation, and an inclusive community.

Before LaunchPointGG, Cody spent years in the esports scene, coaching and managing in the Challenger and Collegiate levels of League of Legends while also serving in management roles for several organizations. Drawing on that experience, he launched LaunchPointGG on January 1, 2025, with a vision of combining professional standards with a welcoming environment where drivers of all skill levels could learn, improve, and race together.

Operations Director

Jeff Netherwood

Jeff serves as LaunchPointGG's Operations Director, overseeing the organization's day-to-day operations while managing its competitive racing leagues, including the Premier Series.

Although relatively new to sim racing, Jeff immersed himself in the sport and quickly became a valuable member of the leadership team. His willingness to learn, take on new challenges, and keep the organization running behind the scenes has made him an integral part of LaunchPointGG's continued growth. Whether he's organizing race nights, refining league operations, or unintentionally becoming the punchline of the community's latest joke, Jeff brings enthusiasm, reliability, and plenty of personality to the team.

Chief Engineer

Bass ‘Mukomo‘ Elghetany

As Chief Engineer, Bass “Mukomo” Elghetany leads the technical side of LaunchPointGG's racing program, working with drivers and teams to turn data into performance on track. From telemetry analysis and setup development to strategy and race preparation, Mukomo helps ensure LPGG's drivers have the tools and information they need to compete at their best.

With a methodical approach and a passion for the technical side of sim racing, Mukomo is always looking for the next opportunity to find time, solve a problem, or help a driver better understand what's happening behind the wheel. His work is an important part of LaunchPointGG's commitment to making technical knowledge accessible across the organization.

Dave Dohr

Sporting Director

Dave joined LaunchPointGG as one of its earliest drivers and quickly became a cornerstone of the organization. After serving as the team's first Team Principal, he now oversees LaunchPointGG Racing as Sporting Director, helping shape the team's competitive direction across all programs.

Known for his calm leadership and deep understanding of sim racing, Dave is passionate about developing drivers both on and off the track. Whether he's reviewing telemetry, mentoring newer members, or sharing resources with the community, he's always looking for ways to help others improve and enjoy the sport.

Community Manager

Robert Schuhmann

As Community Director, Rob leads many of LaunchPointGG's outward-facing initiatives, including social media, community engagement, website development, and recruitment. Whether he's welcoming new members, building new features for the website, or helping shape the organization's online presence, Rob plays a key role in ensuring LaunchPointGG remains an active and welcoming community.

Passionate about bringing people together, Rob is always looking for new ways to improve the member experience and help LaunchPointGG continue to grow. His work behind the scenes keeps the community connected both on and off the track.
